Sip on a selection of intriguing and expertly brewed teas whilst enjoying an assortment of carefully curated sandwiches and sweet treats. It is time to get your detective cap on.
Equipped with a magnifying glass, guests are challenged to don their detective hats and solve a riddle as they sip on a selection of expertly brewed Whittard teas. A carefully curated collection of sandwiches and sweet treats will fuel the adventure, including roast beef on granary with mustard mayonnaise and pickled beetroot, smoked salmon on white bread with horseradish cream, raw cauliflower and pea shoots, and egg mayonnaise in a brioche bun with black truffle.
Freshly baked plain and golden raisin scones are served with clotted cream and raspberry jam – and for when guests are ready to put the case to rest, sweet treats such as the Pistachio Dream, a pistachio mousse with coconut and vanilla ice cream, salted pistachio praline and a gold leaf frosted glaze, will seal their palette perfectly.
Enjoy a decadent Victoria Berry Sponge, filled with white chocolate and vanilla Chantilly and a raspberry and strawberry confit, sandwiched between a soft almond sponge, and topped with raspberry and chocolate icing.
Other delicacies on offer include the Hazelnut Praline Chouquette and the Lemon & Cherry Cheesecake both assured to delight

For a more decadent afternoon, choose from a glass of fizz or a playful selection of cocktails. Served by expert in-house mixologist, Peppe Corello, popular staples such as Sherlock’s Pipe and the herbal hibiscus and elderflower infused K T Time, which comes served in a teapot as a nod to Ms. Hudson’s teatime ritual.
Available from Thursday, 14th October, the Holmes Tea is priced from £42 per person and is served between 12pm – 6pm daily.
