Exclusively, to the bar we have launched our ‘Spritz at Holmes Cocktail’. A crisp, refreshing mix of elderflower, white vermouth, Chandon sparkling, topped with soda and served in a Balon glass with a zesty orange peel.
Adorned with orange trees and created for celebrating aperitivo hour, choose from a selection of cocktails and light delights from our spring menu including Lobster Tagliolini, Chickpea fritters and Yellowtail Tiradito!
Made from Argentinian Chandon sparkling wine, macerated with a liqueur of bitter orange peels, herbs and spices and 100% locally sourced, Chandon Spritz elevates the spritz experience with Valencia oranges selected for their unique taste and perfect balance between acidity and sweetness, all grown on a family farm in Entre Ríos and peeled by hand!
