We’ve launched our summer oasis at Kitchen and Holmes with a special pop-up in collaboration with Chandon!
Offering a sophisticated setting whilst amongst the buzz of Baker Street, the terrace invites all to step into a scene reminiscent of an orangery. With beautiful and bright decor that features an abundance of yellows, oranges and greens, Londoners and Holmes Hotel guests visiting need to look no further for a spot to spend long afternoons enjoying al-fresco dining and golden hour drinks at their best.
To mark the occasion, Kitchen at Holmes’ expert mixologist, Jeremiah Maximo has created the Spritz at Holmes, a tantalising tipple perfect for the warmth of the summer months. Crisp and refreshing with hints of elderflower, the drink combines Chandon Garden Spritz with Saint Germain and Cocci Americano, topped with Soda!
Guests are also invited to enjoy some tempting dishes from Head Chef Stefano Motta. Featuring a fusion of Modern European and Mediterranean influences, guests can choose items from the land, dairy and sea – including Lobster Tagliolini, Herb Lamb Neck and Ras-el-Hanout and a King Oyster Steak.
