We’re kicking off the Platinum Jubilee celebrations with a cocktail fit for a Queen!
Our head bartender, Jay Maximo, has created ‘1952,’ a light and crisp cocktail with Camomile Infused Beefeater, St. Germain, Champagne, Agave syrup and Lemon juice garnished with a sprig of lavender.
