Alluring to Ms Hudson’s famous clockwork Tea Time ritual, a herbal and fruity tea cocktail blending hibiscus and elderflower.

• 50 ml Beefeater gin
• 25 ml St. German elderflower liqueur
• 10 ml Hibiscus syrup
• 30 ml Cranberry juice
• 10 ml Lime juice
• 3 drops Plum bitter

1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2. Shake and double strain
3. Serve in a froze martini glass
