Chai Fizz

Topped with Champagne, mixing Chai tea with sloe gin and elderflower bitters to create the perfect cocktail for the adventurous at heart.

 

  •  35 ml Sipsmith sloe gin
  • 12.5 ml Chai tea Syrup
  • 3 drops of Feebrothers barrel bitters
  • Topped up with champagne

 

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

2. Shake and double strain into a martini glass

3. Top up with champagne until full
