- 35 ml Sipsmith sloe gin
- 12.5 ml Chai tea Syrup
- 3 drops of Feebrothers barrel bitters
- Topped up with champagne
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2. Shake and double strain into a martini glass
3. Top up with champagne until full
