Stefano Motta, the experienced head chef at Kitchen at Holmes, was born in Biella, a small town in the North of Italy. From an early age he spent his Sunday’s helping his ‘nonna’ prepare the weekly family feast. He has worked in numerous culinary hotspots around the world such as New York and Italy and used this experience to create a diverse menu, delivering dishes using international influences and techniques.
Peppe Corallo, our talented bar manager, has worked at some of London’s best and most recognisable venues. Passionate about providing guests with an extraordinary experience, Peppe has created a cocktail menu filled with theatrics and whimsy, like our smoking Sherlock’s Pipe, and all inspired by our famous namesake.
